Delivery policy

Kässe Kirppu generally adheres to the following delivery prices:

Order value under €100:

  • DB Schenker: Pickup point package - €5.90
  • Post: Postal package - €7.50
  • Post: Home package (home delivery) - €13.90

Order value at least €100:

  • DB Schenker: Pickup point package - Free transport!
  • Post: Postal package - €7.50
  • Post: Home package (home delivery) - €13.90

You can always see the exact delivery information and prices when choosing the delivery method of the order.

    We process and pack orders within three days at the latest, but we often get them out on the same day. The total time for delivery (order processing and delivery) is 2-7 days.

    If we become aware of delivery delays, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

    If the shipment you ordered is already damaged when you receive it, inform the post office about it. Also remember to ask for proof of your advertising.

    NOTE! Uncollected shipment is not a customer return. You can buy a reshipment for an undelivered package here .
