NOTE! If we receive products that violate the attached conditions, we recycle them appropriately. We do not return unsalable products.

General requirements for products

Drapery

Kässe Kirppu accepts all intact and clean fabrics for sale. We also accept pieces of fabric, but the shortest side must be at least 80cm long (springs can be smaller). If your shipment contains smaller fabrics, Kässä Kirpu has the right to donate them to charity or in some cases they are made into patchwork bags for sale.

The fabrics can be pre-washed, but it would be good to mention the possible scent of washing/fluidizer separately. If the fabrics have a musty smell, we cannot accept them for sale .

Fabrics may come from a pet farm, but any hair should be removed from them.

We would like the fabrics to be delivered in clear pieces with thin strips cut off. You can save on clearly wider skirts. Kässe Kirpu has the right to cut fabrics to suitable dimensions.

Longer full-width fabrics are sold as so-called by the meter (in 0.5m units) and shorter ones in individual pieces or in bundles.

Used fabrics: We also accept used fabrics in good condition, such as curtains. However, please do not send us tablecloths, sheets, pillowcases or fabrics taken from clothes.

Threads

Kässe Kirppu accepts all clean and unused yarns for sale. You don't send us disassembled crafts.

The yarn spools don't have to be full, but it would be important to have belts or more detailed information about the yarn. If there is no more detailed information about the yarn, we sell it as inexpensive yarn bags.

Yarns may come from a pet farm, but any hair should be removed from them.

Books and magazines

Kässe Kirppu accepts all handicraft-related books and magazines for sale. Books and magazines must be intact.

If the book or magazine originally included formulas or instructions, they should also be included .

Books and magazines do not necessarily have to be in Finnish, but the language can affect the sale of the product.

After purchasing the seller service, we will send you packing instructions and Posti's Helposti code, which you can use to deliver your products to Kässe Kirpu without any other costs.

The size of the package may not exceed Posti's XL package (59 x 36 x 60 cm) and it may weigh no more than 25 kg.

The products must be sent within 14 days after you receive the instructions and the mailing code in your email.

Kunkin erän myyntiin lisätyistä tuotteista lasketaan tuotteiden keskiarvoinen hinta, joka määrittää kunkin myyntierän myyntituottojen jakautumisen myyjän ja Kässä Kirpun välillä. Hylätyt tuotteet laskevat keskiarvoista hintaa, koska niiden arvo on 0 €.

Samalla tilauksella tilatut myyntierät käsitellään yhdessä. Saman myyjän eri tilauksilla ostetut myyntierät käsitellään tilanteen mukaan yhtenä tai useampana eränä.

Tuotteiden hinnoitteluun vaikuttaa tuotteesta annetut tiedot kuten materiaali, suunnittelija, valmistaja ja alkuperäinen hinta. Lisäksi arvioidaan tuotteiden sen hetkinen kunto. Kuntoluokituksesta voit lukea lisää täältä.

Sellers can log into the Seller Portal, through which sales can be tracked in real time.

The total sales period is a total of 13 weeks and consists of 3 sales periods:

1. The first period lasts 5 weeks and then the price of the products is the original price determined by the seller or Kässä Kirpu.

2. The second sales period lasts 4 weeks and then the price of the products has been reduced by -20% from the original.

3. The third sales period lasts 4 weeks and then the price of the products is -40% of the original price.

At the end of the sales period, the seller will tell you in the final survey what will be done with the unsold products. After this, Kässe Kirppu will account for the sales proceeds within 2 weeks .

As a seller, you can decide for yourself what to do with unsold products:

1. The products can be donated to charity
2. Kässä Kirppu can redeem unsold products by paying the seller's share as a gift card to Kässä Kirppu's online store.

NOTE! We do not redeem products overpriced by the sellers themselves.

As soon as the sale period ends, we send the seller a link to the final survey. In the final survey, the seller provides the necessary payment information and tells what will be done with the unsold products.

The sales proceeds are paid to the seller within 2 weeks after the seller has answered the final survey.
