Did you order from us, but didn't even have time to collect your package from the collection point?

Transport companies generally keep packages at the pick-up point for only 7 days. Because of this, undelivered packages are sometimes returned to Kässe Kirpu.

By purchasing this product, you can order a new delivery from us for your uncollected order. The delivery fee valid at the time of checkout is added to the price.

Why is an additional fee charged for an undelivered package in addition to the new delivery fee?

Unclaimed packages are miserable for both us and you, the customers. Transport companies charge an additional fee of around €10-15 for returning the package. In addition to this, the package should be checked and repackaged. This therefore causes more work for Kässe Kirpu and additional costs for both parties.

Even at the cheapest, the delivery costs of an uncollected package are more than €20 in total

Kässe Kirppu generally adheres to the following delivery prices:

Order value under €100:

  • DB Schenker: Pickup point package - €5.90
  • Post: Postal package - €7.50
  • Post: Home package (home delivery) - €13.90

Order value at least €100:

  • DB Schenker: Pickup point package - Free transport!
  • Post: Postal package - €7.50
  • Post: Home package (home delivery) - €13.90

You can always see the exact delivery information and prices when choosing the delivery method of the order.

    We process and pack orders within three days at the latest, but we often get them out on the same day. The total time for delivery (order processing and delivery) is 2-7 days.

    If we become aware of delivery delays, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

    If the shipment you ordered is already damaged when you receive it, inform the post office about it. Also remember to ask for proof of your advertising.

    NOTE! Uncollected shipment is not a customer return. You can buy a reshipment for an undelivered package here .
